For short rentals (less than 28 days):

For longer rentals (28 days and longer):
The rental price includes internet access & local taxes.
The cost of utilities (gas, electricity & water usage) during the stay is payable by the tenant. A deposit of 1000GBP is payable for longer rentals. The deposit is refunded at the end of the rental, minus the cost of making good any damages to the property and the cost of any unpaid charges for utilities.
