Our Garden Apartment is a hidden gem, located in one of Edinburgh's most prestigious, vibrant and cosmopolitan areas. This apartment is the perfect base for your discover and explore Edinburgh, as it is just a short 15-20 min walk or 8 min bus ride to Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the Capital's major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs.
The Accommodation comprises:
A large family bedroom with Queen bed and a set of single bunk beds with ample room for a cot, sufficient storage and magnificent wooden floors. A second double bedroom.
The sizeable lounge area features two large comfortable double sofa beds, TV, DVD player, a superb dinning table for 8 and magnificent French doors which give the room plenty of light. Leading out of these French doors is the apartments own and secure private garden, perfect for those lazy sunny days or for those with young children! The garden features a BBQ facility and garden furniture which are available for your exclusive use. The apartment also contains a modern fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with bath and electric shower.
The apartment is also serviced daily, and a cot is available on request.
Wi-Fi internet provided.
About the location.
Ideally located, there is an abundance of Scottish and International cuisines to be tasted in the direct vicinity. There is also a host of both traditional and trendy bars, boutiques, shops, cafes and supermarkets (Tesco, Scotmid, Starbucks etc.) all within walking distance of the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment is just a 5 min walk from a large complex which includes a cinema, gym, bowling and casino. Just a short 15 min walk to Princes Street. Numerous buses serve this area to the city centre and beyond.

Terms.
PAYMENT Please note that immediately after confirming your booking, 50% of the remaining balance is payable immediately directly to the property managers.
The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of £200 or 50% of the total value of the booking (whichever is higher) is pre-authorised against your credit or debit card.
CANCELLATION Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that any monies paid to date are non-refundable. We do advise all of our guests to take some form of travel or holiday insurance to cover your trip, just in case a cancellation does occur.
The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.
Strictly non-smoking.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge. Debit cards are exempt from this charge.
