This magnificent grade A listed flat on Blenheim Place is part of the famous architect William Playfair's 1821 design for the second stage of the New Town of Edinburgh. The two larger bedrooms measure 17'3" x 16' and 16'6" x 14'9". There are two further good sized double bedrooms. The bedrooms can be fitted with all single beds or a mixture of single and double beds (king size or queen size) to suit specific requirements for your group. All of the beds have luxury memory foam mattresses. There are two bathrooms with top of the range powerful showers and a bright, recently fitted, extremely well equipped kitchen.
All modern comforts are provided - linen, towels, gas central heating, 5 burner gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, 42" full HD 1080p TV, DVD player, hi-fi, free wi-fi, Zanussi washing machine and tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

1. Rental: The Rental is due and payable by bank transfer to the Landlord's Account to be received into the account not less than 6 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival. If the Rental is not received into the Landlord's Account by the due date, your booking will not be secure and we reserve the right to accept an alternative booking.
2. Security Deposit: A security deposit of £500 (the "Security Deposit") is due to be paid by bank transfer to the Landlord's Account to be received into the account not less than one week before agreed date of arrival.
