There is plenty of comfortable seating arranged around a beautiful black marble fireplace. The owners have provided a 40'' flat screen TV, blue ray DVD player, a small collection of DVDs and a selection of books for those leisure moments. A traditional dining table with antique chairs seats up 6 people in comfort should one wish to dine in in style.
A modern kitchen equipped with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. A wide selection of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware has been provided offering guests the opportunity to prepare a meal if they wish. A small table seating up to 4 people has been positioned by the window - ideal for informal dining.
The light and airy master bedroom is situated to the rear of the building and is furnished with a super king bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and has the benefit of a sofa and low table should one wish for a spot of peace and quiet. Two further large bedrooms have beds which can be arranged as twins or super kings on request.
The well-presented bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC as well as a heated towel rail. There is also a separate loo with a WC and wash hand basin.

After payment of the 10% initial instalment, 25% of the remaining balance is due at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
