The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge, cooker and microwave.
The double bedroom is attractively furnished. The bathroom has a wash-hand basin and bathtub with shower over.
The apartment has electric heating; the price of electricity and local taxes is included.
All linen and towels are included in the price.

This apartment is an ideal base from which to explore Edinburgh. The Old Town is at your feet: a warren of closes and side streets lead from the Grassmarket to the Royal Mile; while an entrance to Princes Street Gardens from King's Stables Road makes Princes Street and the New Town easily accessible by foot.
The apartment is situated in Webster's Land, a few metres from the Grassmarket, in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town. (Webster is a Scots' word for weaver, and a plaque on the front of the building near the entrance commemorates this Scots craft.) It's a short walk through the Grassmarket to the Royal Mile, the backbone of medieval Edinburgh, which connects Edinburgh Castle at one end with the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Parliament at the other. (Royal Mile is the combined name for the street formed by Castlehill, Lawnmarket, High Street and Canongate)
The area is dominated by Edinburgh Castle, the number one visitor attraction in Scotland. Built on an extinct volcano, the Castle's varied architecture reflects its rich history. The oldest part of the Castle, St Margaret's Chapel, dates from the 1100s, and each passing century has brought its own additions. From the living room of the house you look up to the south wall of the Castle, which is protected by the 16th-century Half Moon Battery. The Castle is still a working garrison today, and during August it provides the stage for the world-famous Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

You will be asked for 25% of the balance to be paid with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival (or the full amount if your stay is within 6 weeks).
A returnable security deposit of £100.00 is also applicable.
