This is a very lovely modern two bedroom apartment with private parking and a lift in the building. It will make a great base if you're visiting our beautiful city as it's within walking distance of the Meadows which is a massive grassed area which is a vibrant hub of activity over the summer. The apartment features a well laid out open plan living space with a sleeper couch if the two double bedrooms are not sufficient for your group, so will sleep six in total. You will have access to the whole apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a large electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dish washing machine and fridge/freezer and microwave. All other cooking & eating utensils are also present in the property. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath - perfect for a soak after walking around our beautiful city for the day! All linen & towels are provided. Free Wifi is available.
About the location (Tollcross, Edinburgh)
Tollcross is home to the at least 4 theatres. The famous Kings theatre is just round the corner from the apartment and The Usher Hall, the Traverse and The Lyceum are a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There are lots of fantastic shops, vintage boutiques and book shops and cafe's around the apartment. A whole foods shop can be found down the road and a very popular bar, located in the historical All Saints Parsonage (Cloisters Bar) is right across the road from the apartment.
The area is popular with students and young professionals as well as families. The Meadows park, a 2 minute walk from the apartment, is where everyone spends sunny afternoons playing sports, having a picnic or just lazing around. There is a fantastic children's play park and even a small golf course!
The bus stop is just along the road. You can get the nr. 35 bus which takes you straight to the airport in under an hour, or the other way to The Royal Mile in 10 minutes or further afield to visit The Royal Yacht Brittania at Ocean terminal in 30 minutes. Other buses take you to Princes Street in 5 to 10 minutes.
There are always numerous taxi's around and you can hail on the street at any time of the day.

Check-in will be available from 3pm to 7pm on arrival day but we need to know your intended check in time as soon as possible because this is a serviced apartment and therefore requires one of our staff members to meet and greet you at the apartment.
Checkout is 10am.
We try our best to accommodate early and late check-ins but this is not always possible due to when the next check-ins might take place. If it is possible then there are extra charges that will apply. We charge 20GBP for an early check-in fee and 20GBP late check-in fee for the first hour after 7pm and then 5GBP per hour after that to a maximum of 40GBP. Late check-outs will also incur a 20GBP charge. This amount must be paid cash on arrival to our representative.
Payment Terms Please note that after payment of the 10% initial instalment to confirm, a further 500GBP deposit is payable within 7 days of confirmation and this will be refunded within 14 days of departure, once the property has been checked for damages.
The remaining balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: The initial Instalment is non-refundable in all instances of guest cancellation
If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, 425GBP will be refunded (deposit less 75GBP administration charge).
If cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made.
