The apartment's accommodation is spacious, bright and very comfortable, offering the highest standards throughout. The large living room looks out over a pretty courtyard and has modern furnishings, attractive pictures and plants together with many other touches to make sure you feel at home.
The apartment is very well furnished with everything you need for a hassle free stay. From sidelights to crockery, you really do only need to bring your own personal belongings (we even provide hairdryers). The luxury kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with washing machine/dryer, dish washer, mircowave and everything you may need to make this a home from home.
The bedrooms are attractive and comfortable. There are four bedrooms: the master bedroom has a four poster king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, and then there are 3 twin bedded rooms. One of these twin rooms can be converted to make a second king-size bedroom using zip link beds. We are also always happy to put in 2 fold out bed for a 9th and 10th person if required. Similarly we can provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost.
Leisure facilities within the building are exclusively for residents and include a private swimming pool and sauna. There are also basic weight machines and extra showers and bathrooms in the swimming pool complex. The pool is ideal for children and adults after a long day in the city, and often you will have it all to yourselves.
There is also a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views, as well as a rooftop conservatory for colder days. In the central courtyard is a garden with barbecue, and there is free private parking for one car. A second space may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
The apartments are run by Agnes, a long-time resident of Edinburgh who is always ready to give advice on good restaurants and help with any problems.
The price quoted includes everything - there are no hidden extras whatsoever.
All linen, towels and bedding are also provided.
Please note that the car park entrance is large enough to allow for emergency services to access the property, therefore the majority of vehicles (including mini-buses) will also be able to use the car park.

The apartment is located to the West of Edinburgh city centre and only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street.
In the immediate vicinity there are good local shops and a wide variety of International and European cuisine to be sampled. Haymarket Station is close at hand and there are plenty of buses to the city centre, the Airport, and beyond.
There is a roof terrace with spectacular rooftop views over Edinburgh.

Stag parties are not accepted.
Hen groups of 8 or less guests only accepted.
Swimming Pool Opening Times: From approximately 7am - 10.30pm Closed for approximately an hour for cleaning at 9am.
Please note that there is an additional surcharge for more than 8 guests.
