This is a great spot to enjoy the wilderness activities offered by the beautiful Scottish highlands and Cairngorms national park or just sit back in the garden and relax whilst absorbing these stunning surroundings.
There would be an additional charge for dogs of £25 per dog. Maximum of 1 dog allowed.

If you do it is just the place you would want to return to for a glass of wine or a wee dram after a strenuous day in the mountains or exploring the Cairngorm National Park or wider Scottish Highlands.
You can just chill out, standing at the Juliet balcony in the master bedroom, looking at the hills, or sit in the back garden watching the sky turn 30 shades of pink while those guests with children or dogs can watch them play safely in the large enclosed back garden.

Outside there is a secure fenced back garden with ample seating, patio table and a lockable shed for any outdoor equipment guests may have.

Please note that an total initial instalment of 35% is required to confirm your booking, 10% initially via credit or debit card to edlets.com & a further 25% directly to the property host.
The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (or immediately if within this period) and is also payable directly to the property host.
Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
A refundable security deposit may also be requested.
Cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained; Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
