The apartment is within a residential neighbourhood and the house rules especially around noise, are in place to be respectful of our neighbours.

Respect our strictly **NO PARTY POLICY**. Any forms of events or gatherings during the stay are strictly not allowed.

Guests should respect all designated quiet hours: after 10 pm and before 7 am, and keep disruptive noise to a minimum (ex: loud music, shouting, constant stomping, slamming doors, etc.)
