The master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces out towards the city centre.
The twin bedroom (with 2x single beds) overlooks the River Tay. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with mirrored glass doors, chests of drawers and high quality bed linen and towels.
The bathroom has both tub and integral power shower and the property has gas-fired central heating throughout to ensure a warm and cosy visit.

Located in the centre of the small Perthshire City of Perth, just a 2 minute walk to Perth High Street with a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
Perth Concert Hall hosts a range of musicians, artists and comedians, alongside which is Perth's Edwardian Theatre, The Green Room and IMAX Cinema, it offers an ideal central base.
Golfing pros and amateurs alike will be spoilt for choice in Perth, with the King James VI (stretching along the River Tay) and North Inch Golf Courses just a few minutes away from Tay Views.

Cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained; Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
