My partner and I are renting out our spare room during the Fringe! The flat is located right next to St Patrick Square by the Meadows, a 12 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverly Train Station, and super central to see all the performances of the Fringe! Multiple food shops and takeaways a few minute's walk away. There is also a bus stop next to the flat that services all of Edinburgh.
My partner and I both work full time and plan to spend our evenings at the Fringe so you likely won't see us much. We're happy to provide recommendations of things to do in the area as well!
About the flat: -double bed and wardrobe -you are welcome to use the living space, kitchen, and all cutlery/dishes -the flat is really well insulated so despite being on a busy road its quite quiet inside -linens/towels provided -in flat washer/dryer
