Guests must keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please be considerate in communal stairwells and outside the building. No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. No illegal drugs or unlawful activity. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and agree to reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement. Leave the flat in a tidy condition, wash used dishes, dispose of rubbish appropriately, and lock all doors and windows when departing.
