The room is bright, with double bed, shelves, bedside table, night lamp, standing cupboard with hangers, high speed Sky WiFi and TV with cable channels in the room all included.

No smoking and no catering included, sharing the flat with a professional female, clean and fully furnished. No pets or parties. Please keep noise level down after 10pm.

Available from 1st August - 31st August 2025.
Dates negotiable - couple days before or after

Preference would be a friendly, respectful and tidy female.
