University approved single rooms for female students in my spacious Marchmont flat for over 15 years.
I am a documentary filmmaker and work from home, have a cat and sometimes look after a friend's dog.
My daughter (30) stays for part of the week.

About the location.
The flat is 20 mins walk to Princes Street and 5 minutes walk to the University in George Square across the Meadows. Good local shops and quiet safe area.
