Located by the Quartermile Development and The Meadows, these rooms (within shared apartments) are just a short walk from George Square and The Pleasance so perfect for visitors to Edinburgh during the summer and offering quality student accommodation throughout the rest of the year.

Four by six feet in size, these beds are spacious for single occupancy and an economic option for two sharing.

The accommodation comprises:

Meadows en-suite rooms are 13mē in size and have a small double bed (4 by 6 feet).

The room has a desk and comfortable office chair and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is under bed storage, drawers, shelving and a good sized wardrobe. En-suite facilities include sink, toilet and shower unit.

All rooms share a living room with fully equipped communal kitchen with cooking hobs, microwave grill ovens, fridge freezers and kettle finished with stainless steel fittings.

Bedding and towels are changed on a weekly basis for long stay guests, additional changes are charged at a nominal fee.

A communal laundry room provides washing and tumble drying facilities.

There is also a TV in the development's common area.

Payment
An initial payment of 15% of the total is due on confirming your booking. The remaining balance is payable within 60 days of your arrival date.

Cancellation
Cancel 61 days or more before your arrival date: 85% of total booking cost is refundable if already paid.
Cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date: No refund is due.
