Your bedroom is large and airy, and you can store your things in an area of the wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, as well as a bedside cabinet.
You will have shared use of the bay-windowed living room, modern dining kitchen, bathroom with shower, garage, driveway and private rear garden.
Whilst you will share the bathroom with me, I can easily shower at my nearby gym should our schedules clash.
About the location (Bruntsfield, Edinburgh)
The flat is very conveniently situated for bus stops, train stations, green space, gyms and Bruntsfieldas many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The centre of town is easily accessible by foot - the west end is about 1.2 miles and a 20 min walk, whilst the east end is 1.5 miles and a 30-35 min walk. The bus journey is, on average, around 20 mins. The Old Town is a very pleasant 20 min walk through Bruntsfield Links and The Meadows or, alternatively, can be accessed by bus.
