I'm renting out a cosy double room in my ground floor flat in Canonmills a a peaceful spot 35 min walk/20 min bus from the city centre and all the action of the Edinburgh Fringe. Perfect for performers, workers, or visitors looking for a comfortable, calm place to come home to after a day at the festival.

About the location (Canonmills, Edinburgh)
Canonmills is a charming and well-connected neighbourhood just north of Edinburgh's city centre. It offers a peaceful escape from the buzz of the Fringe, while still being an easy 10-15 minute walk to major venues, Princes Street, and the Old Town.
You're on the doorstep of beautiful Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Garden, with plenty of independent cafes, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Stockbridge's Sunday market, the Water of Leith walkway, and quirky local shops are all within walking distance, making it a great base to enjoy both festival life and the best of Edinburgh's local vibe.
Occupancy: Single occupancy preferred. Price increases upon second person a no guests or overnight visitors Availability: Room available from 1st to 31st August 2025 Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 100 GBP is required to secure the booking. This will be returned at the end of your stay, provided there's no damage and the room is left clean and tidy
Payment: Full payment required upfront to confirm the booking Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival
