URGENTLY seeking as we had a last minute drop out!!!! Double room available in a 2 bedroom flat, shared with two others.
My partner and I are going on a trip from May 22nd to July 12th and are hoping to find someone to stay in our room for that period. Couples or single people are welcome.
The accommodation comprises:
Double room is fully furnished, including a closet, bed, sheets, pillows, dresser, and desk. You are also free to use any of our utensils and cooking equipment (including blender and air fryer). The kitchen comes with a new oven, a washing machine, and a fridge/freezer (with a good amount of space).
There is also lots of storage space in the room and a window with a backyard view. All bills (council tax, gas, electric) are included. No broadband or TV license.
The other two flatmates are male students and are friendly but are generally out working/studying and they keep to themselves, other than when they are making meals.
About the location (Leith Walk, Edinburgh)
The flat is very well connected with tons of bus links (7, 14, 49, 25, 16, 1, 35) and the tram line all within a couple minutes walk. 10-15 minutes bus to the city center. Lots of variety of restaurants and a Scotmid coop within a couple minutes walk. Sainsburys, Tesco superstore, and Lidl all within 10 minutes walk.
