Excellent value and service

I highly recommend this property, especially for those looking at good deals on shorter term lets. Price was much lower than anything else we could find in the area for 2 people, 3.5 months stay.
Other positives include:
- very quiet neighborhood - property is not on a thru street, so traffic is very low
- 5 min walk to Tescos, with 10-15 min access to many other food stores
- bus stop into city centre is 2 min away - very easy access
- lots of space for 2 people, very comfortable living room
- very pleasant restaurant a short walk away (JustinLees)
Potential down-sides:
- BT internet hotspot access is subpar from the house. We used that for internet, and it was not consistent
- Bus ride into city centre on Lothian buses (#3) can be as long as 40 min. Not ideal if you are travelling into city centre every day. We took the bus a 2-3 times a week on average, and it was not a problem.
