Situated in the centre of Edinburgh. nightlife is a short walk - a couple of minutes to the Grassmarket - 1 minute to Princes Street for shopping and Lothian Road is at the foot of Edinburgh Castle.
After the initial instalment of 10% is paid to confirm the booking, a further 10% of the remaining balance is due immediately with remainder being payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
300GBP refundable security deposit applicable - refunded after departure, assuming no damages and the apartment is left clean and tidy.
Apartments must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries and food etc removed.
Mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover,pillow and pillow case supplied for each bed but must do own laundry during stay.
