The accommodation consists of a large, spacious lounge with a dining area and well-appointed kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi bath.
A luxury sofa bed in the lounge allows the apartment to accommodate up to seven persons. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player,
washing machine, freezer, fridge,
microwave and iron are all included.
Ample storage space is provided and
smoking is permitted in the property.
This flat is ideal for families or groups of people visiting Edinburgh and beyond. Although self-catering, there is a fine selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property.
The apartment is convieniently served by two elevators. (however there are 10 steps up to the apartment after taking the elevator)

About the location.
Overlooking the High Street (Royal Mile) in Edinburgh's Old Town with Edinburgh Castle at one end and Holyrood Palace (the Queen's Edinburgh residence) and the Scottish Parliament building at the other.
It is within easy walking distance of Princes Street, the Royal Scottish Museum and two major Art Galleries. It is also close to Waverley Station, and The Royal Botanic Gardens and Royal Yacht Britannia are short bus rides away.
During the Edinburgh International Festival the Royal Mile is transformed into a performance area with street theatre and acts promoting their shows. This carnival atmosphere lasts through most of August and into early September. The centre of Edinburgh also enjoys a festive atmosphere over the Christmas period and the city is now a major stag and hen night destination.
