The apartment forms part of a small 1960s development, and is ideally located for those wishing to explore Edinburgh on foot as most of the major sights are extremely close at hand.

The living/dining room, with a view over to the Palace and Holyrood Abbey, has a TV with Freeview and DVD Player. Wi-Fi access is available in the apartment. There is a 3 seater sofa and 3 lounge chairs (on of which is a recliner).

First bedroom has a king-sized double bed and a single bed.
The other bedroom has an adult bunk bed (2 singles) and single bed.

A new bath room installed. It has been refitted throughout and offers a large power shower, bath, wash hand basin and WC.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, coffee maker and a microwave. A wide selection of crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils make cooking an inviting proposition.
The apartment also has a washing machine and tumble drier as well as an iron and ironing board.
