The accommodation is a stunning, 2nd floor apartment, located in the West of Edinburgh in Corstorphine.
It has all the facilities for a very comfortable stay for up to 5 people; however, if you want to add that extra touch to your stay then we can also provide you with some additional extras which can be discussed on enquiry, for instance pick-up, food on arrival.
The accommodation comprises:
2 modern bedrooms with plenty of storage space.
There are two bathrooms, with one an en-suite.
There is an open plan living/dining area and a kitchen fitted with all amenities needed.
There is a sofa bed in the living area that accommodates the 5th person.
The brand new refurbished bathrooms are of the highest quality and complement the apartment well. The apartment has full gas central heating and double glazed windows, with views of the famous Edinburgh Castle.
About the location (Corstorphine, Edinburgh)
It is located in a quiet residential area with shops, banks, building societies and postal services found in the adjoining Corstorphine Village.
It is walking distance to Edinburgh Zoo and only a 5 minute drive from Murrayfield Stadium.
Regular public transport runs to and from the city centre and many surrounding areas. There are frequent buses to Princess Street, Leith and Grassmarket and the bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
It is less than 4 miles to the city centre and Waverely Railway Station and just over 2 miles to Haymarket Railway Station, Edinburgh. The nearest local railway stations are Slateford (1.1 miles), Kingsknowe (1.1 miles) and South Gyle (1.2 miles).
Please note: On booking a further 25% refundable security deposit will be required.
This will be refunded less any banking transaction costs plus £50 one time admin charge in the event of a cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to the take up of a letting week.
In the event of a later cancellation we will refund only if a week is re-let.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Normal entry and departure times are 2pm and 10.45am respectively.
Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
