This charming, bright & well presented 1st floor Victorian flat, is situated 10 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh on the border of Leith. The accommodation is in very good decorative order, tastefully furnished throughout and comprises of two double bedrooms, living/dining room (with double futon), well equipped kitchen, bathroom with spacious power shower, separate WC, hall, storage cupboard. There is also a communal garden.
Guest Review I stayed in lona street apartment in July and found the place very nice and clean it had everything you could need. The kitchen was full of all utensils so cooking was very easy there and it was very comfortable for my family of six. It's in walking distance to the city so once we arrived we didn't need to use the car which was a bonus. I would happily stay again. Kind regards Carina, July 2017.

Situated close to the city centre, The Playhouse Theatre and Princes Street are a 10 and 15 minute walk away. Leith itself is a vibrant community which offers an excellent varied choice of restaurants, cafes, bars & quirky shops. The Shore, home to several Michelin star restaurants, is also close by. Very well situated for public transport throughout the city and to bus and train stations. The property is a 10 minute walk from York Place tram stop at the top of Leith Walk.
For larger bookings or for bookings over peak dates you may be required to pay a percentage of the remaining balance to the host within 7 days of confirmation.
If you cancel or amend your booking If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone us on the number shown on our written confirmation as soon as possible. You will also be required to confirm your cancellation in writing or by email to the addresses shown on our Holiday Let Booking Agreement. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you.
If you cancel your booking more than four weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we will refund the full balance of the Accommodation Fee to you.
If you cancel your booking less than four weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Accommodation Fee or to refund the balance of any money you have paid to us. If we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property In these circumstances we will refund the full Accommodation Fee to you.
Payment terms: Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival (larger booking may have to pay a 25% deposit). Balance must be paid via bank transfer.
Security deposit - A minimum of 100.00 GBP required.
