This 3rd Floor Flat is situated on Marchmont Road, in the centre of Edinburgh. Just off the green Meadows park, which comes alive with a variety of performances during the festival - It is a traditional stone tenement building with mini-supermarket just around the corner plenty of free parking round the area; on some major bus routes; a variety of local shops, cafe's, restaurants & bars for everything you need.

The Accommodation comprises:

Bedroom 1: This large room is sunny and bright with laminate floors. This room consists of a double bed, sofa, wardrobe and chester drawer.

Bedroom 2: bright room with laminate floors. Has a double bed and a sofa, wardrobe, and chester drawer.

Bedroom 4: Laminated room, double bed, and you can look out over the communal gardens. Wardrobe, and chester drawer.

Bedroom 3: Front facing, this large room is sunny and bright. This is the only room with carpet. This room consists of a double bed, and sofa. There is a big wardrobe and chester drawer.

Bathroom: great size, and has been recently fitted. There is a large corner bath, and an over-bath power shower.

Kitchen/launge: The kitchen is very big and has just been recently fitted. There is a washing machine, electric cooker & oven, a microwave and kettle,fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, and plenty of cooking utensiles, and cutlery. There is a dining table with four chairs, there is a three seater couch too.

Wi-Fi internet is available in this accommodation.

About the location.

The location is great, right opposite the Meadows, and on some major bus routes, as well as being 10 mins from the centre of town too. The property is bright and sunny due to the large windows.

Terms.

Please note that payment must be made direct to the property manager as soon as the booking has been confirmed with Edlets. For bookings over 8 weeks away, you can pay in 2 instalments - 50% now, 50% 8 weeks prior to your stay. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. This payment is non-refundable and so we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover you should you need to cancel. A security deposit will also be payable, which will be repaid in full, as long as the apartment is left in the same condition in which it is found and none of the full terms and conditions are breached. We'd appreciate notification of loss/breakage so we can replace these items, but no charge will be made for minor incidents. Please also note that arrivals must be after 2pm and departure by 10am but alternative arrangements outside of these times can often be accommodated, but there may be a charge payable locally.
