Please note that for bookings shorter than 7 nights, the balance is payable in full within 7 days of confirmation.

For bookings longer than 7 nights, 50% of the remaining balance is payable within 7 days and the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation we will always try our best to re-let the property and if successful we will refund the balance received, less the initial 15% paid at the time of confirmation.

Please note that as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-let, especially when a cancellation is made close to the start date of the booking, you may wish to consider taking out private holiday cancellation insurance for your own peace of mind.
