I am currently renting the apartment with two other students and we can definitely recommend this property as it is really worth the money. Mark, the landlord, was really welcoming when arriving and the property was in the condition it was announced on the webpage. It is really suitable for students as it is close to the city centre as well as the university. In general, Mark tried to help us when needed but sometimes he did not respond as fast as expected and we had to contact him a few times regarding problems with the heater and TV. However, now the heating is working properly again and we also got a brand new TV so that everything is in good condition again. We really would recommend this apartment to other students and would definitely stay here again. It is a lovely apartment.
