We stayed with family, people of 10. Only there are 4 bedrooms but we knew this. All bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Our hostess Audrey helped us out with bedding’s and gave us a warm welkom we want to say a special thanks. To visit the city and the military tattoo it’s a perfect location. All stops busses trams nearby.

Beautifully clean apartment 10 mins walk from centre.

We were a party of 7 (inc 3 children) visiting Edinburgh for a few days in Aug 2020.

The apartment’s location is wonderful for an easy 10 min walk into the centre of Edinburgh. Not only that, there is a mini high street outside of the apartment offering numerous restaurants as well as grocery shops for any essentials.

The apartment is located in a block of apartments which are gated. Parking is provided behind the gates. The apartment itself is very well looked after. Situated on an upper floor, there is a lift for those who don’t to use the stairs.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Audrey who showed us around. The apartment was clean and smelt lovely. Everything we could possibly need was available for our use. The bedrooms were clean and bedding fresh. The bathrooms tidy and spotless. There was plenty of space for us all to sit in the living room. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our visit.

We would highly recommend this apartment for a trip to Edinburgh and hopefully we will return again one day!

The accommodation was booked for a group of eight ladies for a weekend visit primarily to attend the Tattoo.
Communication between myself and host was excellent and nothing seemed to be too much bother. Ease of booking and paying made the task a lot less if a hassle. Clear concise instructions and information was a bonus.
On arrival Audrey met me and she was a breath of fresh air, polite, informative and extremely helpful, definitely an asset to keep hold of. Nothing was a problem , thank you Audrey ❤🙂
There were a couple wee niggles might nothing that caused us spoil our stay. Swimming pool, spa and sun terrace , just great, couldn’t want for anything more to complete you4 stay.
Fantastic accommodation, great communication and super location!

I am from France and I was staying at Edimburgh with my family (10 peuple and a baby) for discovering Scotland.
We have been very well received by the host. He managed everything for us to be well arrived. There was enough beds for the kids and I really appreciated this.
I would stay here again.
The only one bad point is that the clothes washer and dryer are not isolated from the living room and they make lot of noise. I think something should be done for this inconvenience (there is enough space to build a wall in the kitchen).

A short 4 day visit to the beautiful city of Edinburgh was made even more enjoyable by the fab accommodation we stayed in. Lovely apartment, easy access to local transport. Approximately 5 minute walk to tram/ buses or Haymarket station.
The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need, even a pool in the basement, which kept my son very happy. One of the bedrooms was not great as it has no window, but not a problem for us but did get rather warm.
Lots of restaurants near the flat or a co-op if wanting to cook or eat in.
Would book again.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Murrayfield.

The accommodation and location was very good.

I would highly recommend 51/11 James Square and we intend to revisit.
