You won’t find a better location in Edinburgh than this flat. It also has comfortable, solid beds, working showers — what more do you need? If you want views, a garden, huge rooms, modern amenities like dishwashers, then this isn’t for you. If you plan to walk around the city, it’s perfect.

A group of three friends spent a week in the flat during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
The host greeted us with keys and information about the flat. We had everything we needed. He also left us many bottles of water because he was concerned about the freshness of the water, and this was very considerate.
The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the showers worked well. Great location.
It wouldn’t be suitable for a large group because the dining room table suits three, maybe four.
We would definitely stay there again!
