Spacious apartment over 2 floors with 5 double bedrooms (5 extra single beds available on request), 3 bathrooms, living room and dining kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a traditional Edinburgh tenement in the Marchmont area.

The accommodation comprises:

Large living room with TV, sofas and a piano.

Large and fully equipped kitchen with extending dining table, two fridge/freezers, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, gas hob, drier, washing machine. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc are provided.

Three double bedrooms located on the lower (3rd) floor
Two further double bedrooms on the upper (4th) floor
All bedrooms have: Fitted sheets, double duvets, four pillows per bed, bedside light, accessible sockets for charging gadgets.

Please note:
Since the video was made, the kitchen has been totally replaced and the hall repainted. On the list for June/July 2023 are more redecorating, new carpets and some work in the bathrooms.

The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.

Check-out is by 11am

A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is require to make a reservation.

The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks in advance of arrival.

A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).
