Walk twenty yards from the door of the building and you are in the middle of Princes Street. Across the road is Princes Street gardens and Edinburgh Castle.
To the North, there is Edinburgh's Georgian New Town and to the South, the historic Old Town.
Waverley Railway Station is 3 blocks to the East and the Airlink coach stops less than 100 yards from the front door.
The block is very residential. Accordingly, only groups of up to 8 singles are permitted.
Stag/Hen nights and similar groups are not permitted.
Cancellations, The first 15% is non refundable. The balance is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, after that it's non refundable unless it gets booked by another guest for the same dates.
