To the back of the flat There is access to the main station which is five to seven minutes walk away as is Princes Street, the main street of the city.     Free parking can be located five minutes walk from the flat off Easter Road or on Milton Street

    Please note that a refundable security deposit of a minimum of 150GBP is required.

    After payment of the initial instalment (15%), the remaining balance is payable approximately 1 month prior to arrival.

    The security deposit is refundable approximately 14 days after departure, once the property has been checked.

    Cancellation Policy
    More than 1 month prior to arrival - initial instalment (15%) retained only;
    Between 1 month & 2 weeks - initial instalment & further 25% retained;
    Less than 2 weeks to arrival - any refund is at the property host's discretion.

    Standard check-in is 3pm;
    Standard check-out is 11am.

    A keybox allows for late entry - the combination for which will be released only after payment of the balance & security deposit.
