Lovely, simple, convenient flat!

4 of us were staying here for the fringe. Was about a 20-minute walk from our venue which was perfect for getting away from the hubbub while still being walkable. Flat is simple but bigger than we were expecting from the photos. We were doubled up in the big bedrooms and had plenty of room. Kitchen is well-stocked. Plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby for most anything you could need. Colin was a super-sweet host and gave us a thorough rundown when we arrived (we arrived later than expected and he was very flexible). Was hands-off during our stay but promptly replied to all our questions. Highly recommend for fringe artists!

Good flat in good condition, a very good fringe rental

We had 7 people staying in the flat which had 2 rooms with the following layouts:
Room 1 (downstairs) Double bed, Single Bed
Room 2 (upstairs) Double bed, 2 single beds.
There was also a separate lounge. a separate kitchen (small but all in good condition) and a bathroom upstairs (also in good condition).
Colin was great with our requests on the meeting of us at the flat to exchange keys and the flat came stocked with everything we needed from a basics perspective (towels, bedding, crockery, tea and coffee, milk, biscuits).
Overall a great fringe rental for a company of our size, and the location became less of an issue every day as we adapted to the schedule that built around it. Highly recommended for fringe companies of 7 people (anymore I'd say you'd struggle).

Very happy with our stay here during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The landlord was very helpful and patient with us and the acoomadation itself was lovely and clean and about 25 minute walk away from our performing venue.

Would deffinately stay again!
