Set on its own hillside plot and offers stunning, uninterrupted views across the Summer Isles. This high specification 3 bedroom holiday cottage is located on the far North West coast of Scotland approximately 25 miles from Ullapool and 4 miles from Achiltibuie.

There is a great open plan living area with dining, kitchen and lounge again with panoramic window views, perfect for sunsets. With three bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people there is plenty space for family and pets are welcome at an extra charge.

It is an ideal place for peace, tranquility and exploring the wild outdoors - a great location for those who enjoy walking, fishing, bird watching or simply just to get away from it all for a while!

On return you can relax & enjoy the lovely hot tub overlooking the uninterrupted views.

The accommodation comprises:

The ground floor features the Master bedroom with kingsize bed & en-suite bathroom, one double room and a further room with bunk beds sleeping 3 (double on bottom and single on top).

The family bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath is also on the ground floor, along with a utility room with washer/dryer perfect for ski or fishing equipment and also underfloor heating.

On the first floor is the open plan living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge has panaromic views, as well as a wood burning stove (logs provided) and Sky and Bose sound system. The heating on the first floor is electric storage heaters.

The hot tub outside is chargeable at £60 per stay, externally there is also a utility shed for further storage and of course the spectacular views of the countryside.

A travel cot, high chair, stair gate, bath, potty & changing mat suitable for an infant is also provided. Well behaved pets are welcome at a charge of £30 per pet.

Note: Bedrooms are on the ground floor but there are steps up to the living area, due to this, it is unfortunately not best suited to someone with mobility restrictions.

Parking: There is plenty of parking around the property for cars.

Please note that an total initial instalment of 35% is required
to confirm your booking, 10% initially via credit or debit card
to edlets.com & a further 25% directly to the property host.

The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
(or immediately if within this period) and is also payable
directly to the property host.

Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer,
credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments
will incur a 3% surcharge.

A refundable security deposit may also be requested.

Cancellation
8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained;
Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained.
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
