In minutes, you are at the Grassmarket, a lively area with an amazing selection of bars, restaurants, cafes etc
Harry Potter fans can tour the locations which are famous, Victoria St , Greyfriars graveyard and shop for potions - another 5 mins you are at the Cowgate with a selection of the clubs and bars.

Last but never least Edinburgh splendid Castle towers over the building and Old Town with centuries of history

This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are not allowed. Please respect the other residents.

Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures are up to 10 am. We will try to be flexible on these times and all requests will be considered although no guarantees can be given, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving the same day.

The apartment is on the ground floor but unfortunately does not have disabled access.

All bookings should be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings during the Edinburgh
Festival, Deposit 20% then the balance 30 days before visit. (Refunds are only available if we can re-let the property.)

Cancellation Policy
The initial instalment of 20% is non refundable.
No refund due if cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A partial refund is offered at our discretion if we can re-let the property.
