The apartment is located within walking distance to the city centre (1.1 miles) The Union Canal is nearby, offering a walking and cycle route into town or as far as The Falkirk Wheel. You are close to Lothian Road which leads to either Princes Street or The Meadows, as well as being close to Edinburgh Castle, and then only 5 minutes from the famous Royal Mile. Close by to the Fountain Park leisure centre with its Imax Cineworld multi-screen cinema, multiple restaurants, bars, a trampoline park, and adventure crazy golf, and Tenpin bowling A short walk to the Usher Hall, many local restaurants, pubs, bistros, shops etc. Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city.
All bookings should be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings during the Edinburgh Festival, Deposit 20% then the balance 30 days before visit. (Refunds are only available if we can re-let the property.)
Cancellation Policy The initial instalment of 20% is non refundable. No refund due if cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. A partial refund is offered at our discretion if we can re-let the property.
