Situated in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh's City Centre, a short walk from the Old Town & well served by public transport.

Bathroom Every room has its own deluxe ensuite bathroom with a large shower cubicle.
Cooking Shared kitchens include a modern fitted kitchen complete with combi oven, hob and fridge-freezer.
TV Every shared kitchen has its own flatscreen TV
Each room includes a 100Mb broadband connection.
Please note that the beds are 3/4 size so shared use for a couple is suitable.
Common Areas There's a large common room for you and your friends to use any time of the day, with a pool table, TV area and cafe style study areas.
The bespoke designed common room (for all occupants of the building) in a contemporary yet vintage style reflects the local area and features zones designed to meet your every need.
From watching TV, to studying and socialising with your new friends. The adjustable lighting in each zone means you can party in one corner and curl up with a good book in the other. This space means you can live, study and relax all under one roof.
About the location (Fountainbridge, Edinburgh)
Many of the apartments benefit from gorgeous and uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle, the canal or the Pentland Hills.
Both the Old Town and New Town are within a very short walking distance and the Tollcross area itself has plenty of amenities - shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and entertainment complexes all within a stone's throw of the accommodation.
For those looking to venture further afield, there are numerous bus services available and a train station just a few minutes away. We are just a few minutes from the Airport bus stop.
Check in / Check out Check-in is available from 3pm (early check-ins may be accommodated where possible). Check-out is by 10am. You must contact us to confirm your arrival time at least 2 days in advance.
Payment and cancellation terms 10% initial instalment is paid via edlets.com to reserve your room/flat. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent by email which can be paid by debit or credit card or bank/wire transfer. Payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days in advance of arrival. All payments are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.
Restrictions All apartments are strictly no smoking. Sorry, no pets are permitted. A credit or debit card will be required at check-in to secure against any damage or loss of keys.
