1. Booking and Payment
A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking, depending on the platform used.

The person making the booking must be 21 years or older and agrees to take responsibility for all guests under the reservation.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

3. House Rules
No smoking inside the flat.

No parties or events. The flat is in a shared stairwell, and guests are expected to respect neighbours with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No pets unless by prior arrangement.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

4. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

Any significant damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

5. Safety and Security
Always lock windows and doors when leaving the flat.
