Close to everything you would need on your visit to edinburgh

This is a lovely three bedroom home just off of Leith walk, in Edinburgh. You can get on the tram from Edinburgh Airport, all the way to Balfour Street, across the road and you were right at Jameson Place. The flat was large and enough to accommodate six people. The living room kitchen was very lovely and very modern. I would have liked to have manufacturing instructions on how to use both the stove and the washing machine as we deal in the Fahrenheit and gas! That definitely would’ve been a great help. There is plenty shopping at the bottom of with walk at the big Tesco, but you can also use the smaller stores across the street from the flat Scotmid or Sainsbury’s. Just on Leith Walk alone, there are so many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and pubs ! The number 7 and 14 buses are on your right as you walk out of Jameson Place, which will take you all the way up to the Royal Mile i.e. the High Street. Just get off at the South Bridge stop. Same bus # coming home. The number 25 on your left-hand side exiting Jameson Place, which will take you all the way along Prince Street.

I would highly recommend getting bus passes, which will take you on all the Lothian buses and also the trams. You can get those bus passes in Shandwick place at the West End of Prince Street. It will save you a lot of money. We had an 85 year-old with us and it was life-saving to be able to get on and off buses and the Tram!
The hostess was very available if we needed her. There are supplies of towels for 4 people and, even though it has one bathroom, it does have double sinks.

This is an extremely quiet area. We only had one issue of rowdy people outside the smaller double bedroom window from 11 till two in the morning. Obviously, you are at the bottom of a flat and we did hear some stomping on the roof upstairs but other than that, it was very peaceful.
I would definitely stay here again, value for money and for transport and as I said, seeing the sites of Edinburgh and it’s surrounding seaside towns. Enjoy.

Beautiful apartment!

We stayed at Lien's gorgeous apartment for 3 nights. I'm so glad we picked this location! With 3 kids I was worried about being somewhere too crowded and overwhelming, but this apartment was tucked away from all the craziness. It was a quick tram ride right into the old town. We actually enjoyed this trendy neighbourhood so much that we dedicated an afternoon to exploring (there are some great restaurants in the area!)
When we first opened the front door we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It is spacious in all the right places and tastefully decorated. The place is spotless and clutter free. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Edinburgh. The value for money is great and Lien is a fantastic host. Thank you again for everything Lien!

We were desperate for accomodation and TSwift was in Edinburgh which meant prices were crazy and everything was booked. We discovered Edlets and sent an enquiry - we got a response so quickly! They connected us with the owner of this place and was welcomed with open arms. This place was absolutely brilliant! The location was awesome, the owner was absolutely wonderful, and the value for money was insane. The place was beautiful - so clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!!
