The lounge has a 32" TV and 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed. There is a separate table and chairs if you prefer to eat at home.

The double bedroom has a large separate storage room to hang and store clothes along with a separate clothes drawer. The bedroom has views over the Montgomery Street Park and beyond towards the Firth of Forth.

The box room which has been conveniently designed to accommodate a fitted double bed or loft bed popular with everyone with ample study facilities beneath.

An attractive L shaped hallway, off the hallway is a large cupboard where the washing machine / tumble dryer / fridge freezer are located. The hallway faces directly into the kitchen area which has all the modern appliances, Oven, toaster, kettle, electric hob, microwave and complimentary coffee and teas. There is also a collection of dry goods for use and a fresh pint of milk on arrival.

The bathroom comes complete with a bath/shower design, plentiful hot water on hand with the thermostatic shower.

NEST Temperature controls the apartments gas radiators in each room.

Please can you let us know if you are two guests and you require two separate beds made up. The property has a master double bed, a loft bed and a sofa-bed though I like to keep the numbers to a maximum of four people.

Please note that if you would like the sofa-bed made up, an additional charge of 10GBP is required for the extra cleaning.
