Six bedroom apartments within a purpose built complex of apartments and studios. The property doubles as an apart-hotel throughout the summer months and private student accommodation during term time.

All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, 3/4 size double beds, study areas, smart TV's and plenty of storage. You can also socialise in our excellent communal facilities.

The accommodation comprises:

Open-plan living / dining / kitchen area includes a fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, and comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV.

6 en-suite bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfortable bed and bath or shower room.

Small (3 / 4 size) double bed (ideal for sole occupancy and adequate for 2).

En-suite facilities & fitted kitchen with cooking utensils, crockery/glassware, cookers, microwaves, kettles and toasters.

There is also a large common area for all apartments to share with laundry facilities and recreational areas.

A communal laundry room provides washing and tumble drying facilities.

Terms

After the initial 12% instalment is paid to secure the booking, full payment of the balance is due no later than 60 days in advance of the arrival date.
Any payments made are non-refundable in the event of a guest cancellation

A pre-authorisation of a credit card is required upon check in. A check of the property will be conducted before departure and a charge for any damages or lost/non-returned keys will be required. Due care must be taken of the property, this is a brand new building and any damage or excessive cleaning caused will be chargeable

Several rooms are fully DDA compliant - if you have specific requirements please contact Edlets before confirming your booking to ensure that your needs can be fulfilled

The maximum en-suite room or studio room occupancy is two people.
You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room(s) allocated to you.

Children under 18 are not permitted to stay unless a parent or guardian is staying.
Children must not be left unsupervised within the building at any time.
No travel cots can be supplied

There is no on-site car parking.

Failure to return both the key and fob upon check out will incur a cost of £75.
Any items removed from the premises will be chargeable.

Rooms are available from 3pm on the arrival date.
Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm.
If arriving after 11pm please notify us in advance.
Guests will be asked to provide proof of identity and nationality upon check-in.

Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Failure to leave your room by this time may result in a late check-out charge.
