Edinburgh fringe visitors - communication between edlets and onsite

University accommodation is let out by Edlets and the communication between Edlets and what happens on site is not good - Edlets takes the deposit and thereafter no interest.

The onsite team were supposed to be on site at certain times and were very rarely there. The help lines were not answered.

Edlets needs to maintain an overview of the service provided during their holiday lettings.I was told by Edlets to organise something with the on site personnel but could not get hold of them.

There were some issues with accommodation - a blocked shower drain and a faulty kettle.

If you want me to carry on using you - an Edinburgh Fringe visitor for many years and an Edlets client for years too you need to improve your communication with your accommodation providers and ensure the standards are maintained.
