Great for a weekend

Good sized apartment for 3 couples - bonus each room having an ensuite. Large lounge diner with enough seating for everybody. Good location - walkable from Waverley Station with weekend luggage and local shops and coffee houses down on the Easter Road.
The kitchen had adequate basic equipment - but could do with some more serving dishes/bowls if wanting to prepare meals at the property.

A fabulous girlie catch up weekend in Edinburgh and Carlton Apartment helped make the weekend go so smoothly. Catherine was fantastic beforehand ensuring that we had all the information we needed and very clear and timely communication.
Firstly the location is great. A 10-15 minute walk from the train station made it easy on arrival and no need to wait in the long taxi queue. (although note it is uphill!)Then we were blown away on arrival with the amount of space and how well the apartment is furnished. The fact that all bedrooms are ensuite, we felt that it was better than a hotel as we had so much space and a great living room to relax in.
The central location made it easy to get to Princes Street and The Royal Mile. We even stretched out legs around Arthur's Seat and enjoyed the stunning views. We will be booking again on our next visit.
