The apartment is on the 2nd floor, reached by a stone spiral staircase (which may be unsuitable for the infirm). The apartment has been renovated but retains character and charm.

All rooms lead off a large airy hallway. There is a brand new fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Immaculate family bathroom, with toilet, sink and electric shower over the bath. One further family bath/shower room.
Extremely large bright living room with two large windows to the front of the property, period features, TV, sofa beds and dining table.
3 large bedrooms, all have ample storage space.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, 3 single beds and a bunk bed meaning (sleeps 7 persons) Bedroom 2: 2 zip & link beds (sleeps 2 persons in a double or 2 single beds) Bedroom 3: 3 double bed and a 2 bunk beds (sleeps 6 persons)
There are 2 individual sofa-beds in the lounge (small double sofa beds), allowing a maximum of 18 persons in total to be accommodated.
All rooms are centrally heated and double glazed. There is also a shared drying green to the rear of the property.
Fresh bedding and towels are supplied.
Available all year round for short term lets and is ideal for families or friends visiting the capital for holidays or business accommodation.

There is a security deposit of 200.00GBP to be refunded within 7 days of guest departure. This can be paid in cash on arrival or transferred with the balance.
Payment of the remaining balance should be made 6 weeks prior to arrival.
