A home to 2 artists for 6 months of the year, this is an unusual and characterful flat, furnished and decorated to a high standard with antiques and contemporary artworks.
Whilst retaining its sense of history, the apartment is fully supplied with 21st century perks... wireless internet, home entertainment, and gas central heating, all make it a cosy "home from home" from which to enjoy Edinburgh's city centre.
The accommodation comprises:
Four bedrooms The Red room: double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower room.
The Indian bedroom: can be a twin bedroom or a triple bedroom or a king-size bedroom, please let us know your preferred arrangements.
The Azul bedroom: Can be a twin bedroom or a double bedroom.
The Secret bedroom: we give you ten minutes to find it if you wish! it has a double bed (130cm wide).
A single bed in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for an additional person, allowing this apartment to sleep up to 10 persons. (A real bed, not sofa bed!)
Large living room with a huge original mirror ( great to dress a bride!) and very comfortable sitting areas.
Large and well equipped kitchen with flagstone floor, Belfast sink, dresser, large table, electric oven, fan oven and gas hobs, microwave, toaster, dishwasher.
Wood panelled bathroom and a sunken bath & shower in the bath.
Second en-suite bathroom with bespoke features and a large walk-in shower room.
All rooms have natural light.
Wooden floors.
We are happy to leave you cooking ingredients like oils, herbs, spices... and other things like teas, coffee... and indeed Cava if it's New Year or Christmas... you are welcome to help yourself to what you find!
Bedding and towels are also included, as are all bills.
There is a possibility of off-street parking next to the property at a cost of 25 GBP per 24 hours but please enquire first if this is of interest.

This Georgian Apartment is located at the East end of the city centre, just below Regent Terrace. Princes Street is a 10 minute walk, the Royal Mile and Holyrood are 5 minutes.
