About this accommodation.
Huge! With its grand stairwell and large cupola, this rather special and unique Town House offers visitors Palatial-style accommodation. Occupying four floors on the corner of Chester Street, it is ideal for large groups who do not want to be split over several flats and who enjoy historic period features such as very high ceilings and ornate cornice work. There are 3 separate WCs and two bathrooms (both with baths/ showers and WCs.) in the building. There is also a proper table football (Conran shop) on the first floor. No bunk beds or sofa beds in the house at all.

First Floor:
Huge Living room;
Kitchen/ Dining Room with large dining table that seats 12+;
WC with wash hand basin;
Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom (one double bed and three single beds) ;
Separate WC with wash hand basin
Bedroom 3 Large Double bed plus three single beds
Third Floor:
Bedroom 4 large double bed and one single bed;
Bedroom 5 double bed and two single beds;
Marble tiled Bathroom with WC, bath/ shower, wash hand basin.
The bedding arrangements allow 19 people, sharing 14 beds. Please note that there are additional mattresses that can be used if there are 20 persons, or if some guests prefer not to share beds.
About the location.
Very central, overlooks Drumsheugh Gardens - 5 mins from Haymarket Station, Princes St. and George St (cutting edge centre for bars night clubs restaurants) eliminating the need for taxis.
