This grand central Town House will make your visit to Edinburgh special! With its grand stairwell and large cupola, this rather special and unique Town House offers visitors Palatial-style accommodation. Occupying four floors on the corner of a West End Street, it is ideal for large groups who do not want to be split over several flats and who enjoy historic period features such as very high ceilings and ornate cornice work. There are 3 separate WCs and two bathrooms (both with baths/ showers and WCs.) in the building. There is also a proper table football (Conran shop) on the first floor. No bunk beds or sofa beds in the house at all.

The property is just 5 mins walk from Haymarket Station, Princes St. and George St (cutting edge centre for bars night clubs restaurants) eliminating the need for taxis. Attractions that are within a fifteen minutes radius on foot, include: both Modern Art Galleries, Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, Dalry Swimming Pool and beautiful walks along the Water of Leith. Outdoor activities further afield include: Edinburgh Zoo (see the pandas!), the Royal Botanic Gardens, The Royal Yacht, Urban Paintball, Auld Reekie Tours, Dynamic Earth, The Edinburgh Dungeon, the Butterfly and Insect World, and Hopetoun House.
