Lovely traditional stone builld Victorian building with private main door access and small front garden (laid with stones). Features direct access to the spacious shared garden with lawn area.

The accommodation comprises:

The property is spacious and light with a huge hallway.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and gorgeous high ceilings, a splendid bay window and a fireplace centerpiece. There is a second bedroom with twin beds while a small box room adjoins the master bedroom with a single bed (suitable for a young child).

The living/dining area can seat four and the kitchen adjoins this room. Guests can also relax on the sofa or armchair or pretty window seat looking out on to the lovely garden. There is Cable TV with a TiVo recorder and DVD player.

The small but functional kitchen adjoins the living area and has direct access to the shared garden.

An added bonus of this apartment is the well maintained shared garden. This is a great outdoor space for children to play or for reading a book or picnicking on a sunny day. The bathroom has a bath and a fixed shower over the bath.

Whilst we welcome younger guests, we require that the lead guest (whom must check in at the property and be present for the duration) is aged 25 years or older.
Late/Early Check in/out charges will apply should the guest want these add ons.

We reserve the right to vet all guests.

We require the names and ages of all guests
This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.

Payment
The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card. The remaining balance can be made by Credit or Debit Card, or Bank Transfer. Please note that we request all bookings valuing over £3,500 be paid via bank transfer.
Bank Transfer - no charge for UK transactions. Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount plus bank fees.

To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 35% is due upon booking, with the balance 42 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately.
After payment of the 10% initial instalment via edlets.com,
25% of the remaining balance is due directly to your property host.

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 35% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 42 days of arrival date) as shown on the confirmation invoice must be paid to us at the time of booking.
This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out in our terms and conditions.
The balance of the cost of your stay (the amount shown on the confirmation invoice less the deposit) must be received by us not less than 42 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in section 11 below will be payable.
A damage deposit of £250 is due 7 days prior to your stay and will be fully refunded, pending no damage or deductions, 7 days after your departure.
