Security deposit: £1500 - payable immediately on booking.
Available 1st August - 29th August 2025 (additional nights may be available on a pro-rata basis)

Bedding/linen/towels are not provided & would be an additional cost.
Each set costs £66 inc. VAT comprising double duvet, 2 pillows, linen and 2 large towels, two hand towels and a tea towel. Guests are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

CANCELLATIONS - BY YOU
The Guests may cancel their booking at any time. Cancellation must be communicated to the landlord/agents in writing and takes effect from the date received. In the event of cancellation then the following charges
become applicable:

Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 100% of full cost
Between 4-6 weeks prior to arrival date - 75% of full cost
Between 6-8 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% of full cost
Cancellations made by the Guests after the deposit has been paid will incur a cancellation charge of £165 + VAT.

CANCELLATIONS - BY THE LANDLORD/AGENTS
It is extremely unlikely that any changes will be made to your property rental. However, unforeseeable changes may be required therefore the landlord/agents reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes would be minor and the Guests would be advised as soon as they may be applicable. If the landlord/agents are forced to cancel the property rental because of "Force Majeure" or for any reason that makes the property unfit for rental, the Guests will have the choice of either allowing the landlord/agents to try to locate a suitable alternative property on the Guests behalf or of cancelling the booking and accepting a full refund of all monies paid.
Please note that the landlords/agents are not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting
from the cancellation of your holiday.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
This cannot be used to pay the rental amount. This will be refunded to you once the property has been checked after you vacate. Any damage/missing items/extensive cleaning will be charge to your deposit.
