The flat is situated in a quiet, atmospheric street, not far from the city center, and can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bus.

Living room with gas stove and a comfortable double sofa bed with a full mattress. The dining table is big enough for 5 people, and there is plenty of seating for everyone, although not visible on the pictures.
Good-sized bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed which is ideal for a child or smaller adult.
Modern bathroom with shower.
Guests have access to the whole of the property, including the front garden.
About the location (Leith Links, Edinburgh)
This area is very close to Leith Harbour (about a 10-minute walk) with many award-winning restaurants and lovely cafes, and a big shopping center (about a 15-minute walk) which also provides access to the Royal Yacht Britannia. A big supermarket (TESCO) is just a 5-10 minute walk away for most shopping requirements, but there are also a few convenience stores just 2 minutes away on an adjoining street.
